  3. Usage Rules:

    • Support hours are reset monthly and cannot be rolled over to subsequent months.
    • Unused hours within a month will be forfeited.
  4. Response Time Commitment:

    • Pro Members receive responses within 24 hours.
    • Elite Members enjoy expedited responses within 24 hours during business days.
  5. Communication Channels:

    • Pro Members: Access via email and online ticketing system.
    • Elite Members: Access via email, online ticketing system, and priority direct calls with senior technical experts for quicker resolutions
  1. Upgrading and Downgrading:

    • Members can upgrade to a higher tier at any time by paying the difference in membership fees. Downgrades will be processed at the end of the current subscription cycle.

  3. Additional Hours:

Fusion PCBA Expedited Order Service

  • Fusion PCBA Expedited Order Service is available for one PCBA order per 31 days.
  • The free express service applies only to PCBA orders and is provided as a benefit for Pro and Elite members.

 

Usage

  • Members can choose whether to use the free express service for their PCBA orders each 31 days.
  • The free express service can be used once per 31 days, per account.
  • Coupons are used to deduct [PCBA Expedited Service] fees.

     

Voucher System

  • The free express service is issued through a voucher, which will be applied to the member’s account each 31 days.
  • The voucher can be redeemed for free express shipping on one PCBA order per 31 days.

Special Situation Handling

Delivery Delays: In cases where Seeed Studio is unable to guarantee the 3-day delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, logistic delays, or customs issues), Seeed will provide the following options:

Alternative Shipping Methods: Customers will be informed of any delays and alternative shipping options may be suggested.

Refund or Compensation: If the delivery exceeds the expected timeline by more than 5 business days, customers may request a refund for the shipping fee or compensation in the form of store credits (if applicable).

Force Majeure: Seeed Studio is not responsible for any delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or acts of government.

Quick Exchange

Quick Exchange Rule

 

Eligibility

  • Pro Members: 1 exchange ticket per year.
  • Elite Members: 2 exchange ticket per year.
  • Available for quality issues (not user damage).

 

Exchange Process

  • Customer must provide tracking number for the returned product.
  • $1,000 USD limit per exchange ticket.

  • Exchanges are subject to verification by Seeed Studio.
  • Only quality issues, no user-caused damage.

Extended Return Period

Extended Return Period Rule

 

Eligibility

  • Exclusively available to Elite Members.
  • Pro Members do not have access to this benefit.

 

Return Period

  • Elite Members can return unopened products within 60 days from the delivery date for a refund or exchange. This is an extension of Seeed’s standard 30-day return period for regular customers.

 

Conditions

  • The product must be unopened and in original condition (including packaging, receipt, and a note explaining the reason for return).
  • Shipping fees are paid by the customer for the return. Seeed Studio will only cover shipping fees if the return/exchange is due to an error on Seeed’s part.

 

Exclusions

The following products are not eligible for return under this policy:

  • Sale Products
  • Lightly Customized Products (e.g., quick customizations like logos or firmware)
  • End-of-Life (EOL) Products (final sale items)

 

Process

  1. Request Return Authorization:

    • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  2. Return the Product:

    • Ship the product back in original condition.
    • Ensure the product remains unopened.

  • Malicious Returns: If Seeed identifies repeated or invalid return behavior, account suspension or other actions may be taken.

Discounted Paid Repair Rule

 

Eligibility

  • Available for products outside the warranty period or damaged due to user error or natural disasters.

 

Service Details

  • Inspection and repair services are available with the following discounts:
    • Pro Members: 10% discount on labor and material costs.
    • Elite Members: 20% discount on labor and material costs.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping, including customs, VAT, and logistics fees. Shipping fees are not eligible for discounts.

  • Members will receive an email notification 1 day prior to the start of the Priority Purchase window.
  • The product detail page will also display information about the Priority Purchase window for eligible members.

 

Process

  2. Countdown Timer: A countdown timer will be displayed on the product page to show the remaining time until the product becomes available for retail customers.
