It’s yet another exciting release from Raspberry Pi today (for the Raspberry Pi Pico 2 and RP2350 chipset)! And here at Seeed we’re excited to announce Seeed Studio’s latest release – the XIAO RP2350! This tiny board packs the capabilities of the Raspberry Pi RP2350 chip into the beloved XIAO form factor, making it one of the smallest dev board for MicroPython. XIAO RP2350 is already featured in the Powered by Raspberry Pi Product Catalogue among with other solutions based on RP2350.
As one of the smallest MicroPython-ready dev boards available, the XIAO RP2350 is perfect for space-constrained projects that require high performance. It has all the features of the RP2350, including dual-core, dual-architecture capability, allowing developers to switch between the dual industry-standard Arm Cortex-M33 cores @ 150MHz with FPU, and dual Hazard3 RISC‑V cores, security features like secure boot and an encrypted bootloader. Despite its small 21×17.8mm size, it still manages to include 19 GPIOs, an RGB LED, battery management, and more.
Best of all, the XIAO RP2350 is compatible with tons of add-ons through the XIAO ecosystem. You can easily add displays, sensors, motors, LED matrix, expansion boards and more. It supports MicroPython, C and C++ right out of the box too.
