I know it’s a bit late but here is our recap for The Things Conference 2023 amazingly organised by The Things Network and The Things Industry.
Taking place on September 23-24, The Things Conference provided an engaging and immersive experience as the premier gathering for LoRaWAN® and Low Power Internet of Things. Boasting a participation of more than 1500 esteemed IoT experts, including 70+ prominent industry players, attendees had the opportunity to glean valuable insights from 90+ carefully selected keynote speakers and participate in 20+ informative workshops. With participation in The Things Conference 2023 as a proud sponsor, we had amazing opportunities to communicate with partners, community collaborators old and new to strengthen the partnerships!
Together with my 3 amazing colleagues (Betty Fan, Kevin Yang, Violet Su), I had the opportunity to meet, talk and collaborate with such a vibrant community as a first-time attendee at TTC. The atmosphere here reminds me of the maker community I’ve been fortunate to be a part of over the past few years. Witnessing people passionately discussing projects and sharing their common vision for LoRaWAN technologies was truly heartwarming. The blue slogan hanging proudly at the entrance of The Things Theater, “𝗟𝗲𝘁‘𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿!” perfectly encapsulates our key takeaways and highlights at TTC.
01 Violet Su’s Keynote Speech “A New Wave of Revolution in the Tracking Industry Powered by LoRaWAN”
In Violet’s talk, she shared requirements for tracking solutions and how our newly released SenseCAP T1000 came in shine specifically for routine areas. After sharing some highlight features of the SenseCAP T1000, Violet focused on how our team optimized and upgraded the designs of together with the community based on potential clients’ feedback.
02 Kevin Yang's Hands-on Workshop with SesneCAP T1000
We had a super full house workshop session at The Things Conference 2023, with around 60 developers participating and getting their hands on our SenseCAP T1000 LoRaWAN Tracker. Led by our amazing Product Director, Kevin, the participants got the chance to build their tracking solutions with the SenseCAP Mate App in 3 steps.
03 Betty Fan’s Interview with Kudzai Manditereza
During the event, we got the honor to be interviewed by The Things Network. Moderated by Kudzai Manditereza, Betty shared what we do, our highlighted products ranging from LoRa modules, development kits and finished devices at the show, and also shed the spotlight on the SenseCAP T1000 LoRaWAN Tracker. From this interview, you can learn the features, applications and fast configuration of the popular device.
04 Joint Demos with akenza.io, Qubitro, Traxmate, and Widglix
The most special part of this TTC should be the amazing collaborations with our 4 amazing partners: Akenza, Qubitro, Traxmate, and Widglix. We worked together with these partners on creating live dashboards of tracking solutions to highlight our partners’ platforms and our SenseCAP T1000 LoRaWAN Tracker.
