Challenge

Solution
To address these challenges, Intuitive AI developed the Oscar system, using simple vision driven by sensors that empower spaces to be more sustainable. There are two main components including Oscar sort and Oscar Pixel, you can either deploy them together in your application scenario or separately:
Oscar Sort
The Oscar Sort is designed to be embedded in public trash bins no matter in retail stores or snack bars, enabling quick waste classification and adherence to specific site recycling guidelines. This technology empowers facilities to achieve precise waste differentiation, such as distinguishing liquid contents in bottles, identifying leftover organics within food boxes, and separating the lids and sleeves from coffee cups. With over 400 models, Oscar Sort significantly enhances waste detection accuracy.
Additionally, the system can monitor the waste volume status of trash bins. When the bin nears its capacity, the system can optimize collection schedules and send real-time alerts to the management team. This proactive approach ensures timely pick-up of recyclables, maximizing operational efficiency.
Oscar Pixel
The Oscar Pixel is an innovative application extension for Oscar Sort, offering comprehensive optimization solutions for every corner of your building. It seamlessly integrates into versatile settings such as offices, kitchens, laboratories, and construction sites. By implementing the Oscar Pixel, you can significantly improve waste management practices and enhance recycling capabilities. Additionally, the management platform provides access to a detailed waste analysis report, helping align custodian and facilities teams.
