Meet the Third Batch of 28 Free Hardware Winners: Submit Your Sustainability Project Ideas to Seeed’s “IoT Into the Wild Contest for Sustainable Planet 2022” by August 8th!

Currently, Seeed Studio is running “IoT Into the Wild Contest for Sustainable Plant 2022” on Hackster.io. So far, we’ve received 137 free hardware applications, along with 400+ people registered as the Contest participants. In an effort to inspire a broader number of potential participants, as well as to facilitate the makers and innovators to start their projects early-on, we’ve selected 28 free hardware applicants to send out the free hardware kit next week.

Dear Community,

As you know, Seeed has launched its open source innovation contest on Hackster.io, which is themed as “IoT Into the Wild Contest for Sustainable Planet 2022” on 8th of June, with a strong belief that open tech can lay an important foundation for achieving the UN‘s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), through filling the gap of seriously-lacking AIoT solutions that are applicable, scalable, plug-and-play, and easy-to-deploy at a global level.

So far, we’ve received 137 free hardware applications, along with 400+ people registered as the Contest participants. In an effort to inspire a broader number of potential participants, as well as to facilitate the makers and innovators to start their projects early-on, we’ve selected 28 free hardware applications to send out SenseCAP K1100 – The Sensor Prototype Kit, that looks like this:
