Call for Helium Developers: Redefine Devices with Your Code
In January 2022, we have successfully launched the first device for the Helium network by the joint effort with Paul, who is an active helium developer. The WioLoRaWANField Tester has been warmly welcomed by the community and it encourages us to explore more cooperation opportunities with Helium developers to enrich the Helium network.
Seeed has been dedicated to providing IoT hardware for more than 10 years. We are manufacturing the devices, but you may be the person who gives these devices new definitions. Possibly the most powerful concept behind open source is that it allows you to harness the already-built resources and endow them with your own creation. Come and join us to redefine the devices with your code！

LoRa-E5 LoRaWAN module is designed with ST system-level package chip STM32WLE5JC, ARM Cortex M4 ultra-low-power MCU and LoRa SX126X. It supports (G)FSK mode and LoRa. 62.5kHz, 125kHz, 250kHz, and 500kHz bandwidth can be used in LoRa® mode, making it suitable for the design of various IoT nodes, supporting EU868 and US915.
We also provide different types of devices based on LoRa E5 modules for you to quickly prototype, including LoRa E5 Grove, LoRa E5 mini Dev Board, LoRa E5 Development Kit. Grove is an open-source, ready-to-use toolset developed by Seeed. Compared with the traditional, complicated learning method of using a breadboard and various electronic components to assemble a project, Grove simplifies the learning process significantly.
You can use different groves with Wio Terminal that is compatible with over 300 Plug&Play Grove modules to explore with IoT.

Paul’s rich developing experience and expertise enable him to see Wio Terminal‘s potential as a backend of a LoRaWAN Field Tester and to develop a LoRaWAN Chassis based on our LoRa E5 module. Seeed gave a quick response to his developing needs and provided full support. In addition, we coordinated our developing and manufacturing resources to facilitate the whole progress and successfully changed a fabulous idea into a real plug-and-play device.
