China Mainland/Hong Kong COVID Outbreak
Due to the COVID situation in Mainland China and Hong Kong, some of our services have been disrupted and are experiencing some delays. We are doing what we can to ensure that operations continue running swiftly and safely, and in accordance with local guidelines. We really appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
Mainland China and Hong Kong are currently deploying a strict zero-COVID strategy, meaning daily testing and isolation if needed. Factories and shipping services in particular may be hit badly if many personnel are unable to work.
Shipping
Shipping services are experiencing a 3-4 delay due to disruption at the Hong Kong customs border.
PCB Assembly (PCBA) Incoming Parts
Imported parts (e.g. from Digikey/Mouser) have also been affected by delays at customs. There may be an additional 3-4 day wait for PCB assembly orders.
PCB Manufacture
Due to precautionary COVID measures in the mainland, some PCB orders have been delayed. If you have an important deadline, please refrain from choosing the solder mask colors: red, yellow and white or non-standard thickness options. The quickest option is green solder mask with 1.6mm board thickness.
Please accept our sincerest apologies and condolences. We are doing our best to clear the backlog and we understand some have been delayed since the new year break. Please get in touch with our customer service if you need assistance.
Shipping to Ukraine and Russia
In light of recent events, all shipping services to Ukraine have been suspended and courier services to Russia continue to be suspended until further notice. Shipment by registered airmail is still available for Russia, however, please expect additional delays.
18/01/2022 UPDATE: All PCB manufacture and other manufacturing services will be suspended from the 26th as well and are expected to return on the 7th. The last shipment date has been moved a day earlier to the 27th.

PCB Manufacture, PCB Assembly and Shipping Holiday Schedule
- PCB manufacture, PCB Assembly and other manufacturing services will pause from the 26th January and are scheduled to resume on the 7th of February
- The last shipment date is on the 27th January. Orders typically need to be packed and ready the day before to make the shipping deadline.
Please note that while we will do our best to ensure this information is as accurate as possible, this schedule may change without prior notice and will be updated as the holidays draw closer. To avoid delays, please place orders in advance and leave time for file review and packing etc. and unforeseen circumstances.
