MARK AI Robot Kit on KICKSTARTER was launched on last Tuesday, May. 19th. Rewards start at $139 with a Make A Robot Kit plus MARK Recognition Cards Pack.
The project so far has gained more than 220 backers. Glad all of you like it!
MARK will ship as a kit with the main parts and components including a chassis, a cover, two wheels, stepper motors, a pan-tilt camera with K210 processor, a 2.4″ LCD display, Grove compatible MARKduino interface board, some sensors.

TinkerGen is Seeed’s spinoff STEM Education company – we know our tech, but we’re here to serve the education community, making the process for educators convenient, so kids can quickly get to the fun mind expanding bits of tinkering and creating!
People love that our hands on kit is an AI enabled robot which has fun interactive features like recognizing pets, reading road signs and even aiming a slingshot. MARK stands for Make A Robot Kit.

First Stretch Goal Unlocked!
Since then we have reached our first stretch goal of $40,000 where we added not one but two extra grove sensors!
Next Stretch Goal Clue:
We haven’t announced it yet, but we have looked into on device training of custom image classification models! So this is going to be part of our next goal. Stay tuned for an update on this, better yet, follow our project on Kickstarter.
