Wio Terminal Community Project Collection – Run TinyGo on Wio Terminal
There have been many eye-catching projects since the release of Wio Terminal, and this one really impressed us – Thanks takasago (WFH), now you can run TinyGo on Wio Terminal!
Go is a statically typed, compiled programming language designed at Google in 2007 aiming to improve programming productivity in an era of multicore, networked machines, and large codebases (Ref: Wiki). Just like Python, Golang has its Microcontrollers version – TinyGo, which enables people to run Go directly on 32 different boards.
For the current status of TinyGo on Wio Terminal, it is still working in progress and you can find the windows version here. We will keep updating community feedback and progress for running TinyGO on Wio Terminal, stay tuned with us and we look forward to your participation!
