Product Manager
Role Objective
Supervise the product line operation and lead team to create excellent products.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the short/long term planning of the product line
- Conduct market research and sales data analysis, identify customer needs and specify market requirements for future products
- Responsible for the product life management
- Supervise the product line operation; address any issues that may arise and have a timely response
- Work with R&D function team, to define clear product develop specifications
- Trace development and manufacturing, resolve problems emerge in these processes
- Cooperate with Marketing function team on product promotion
- Provide training to sales team on product knowledge
Desired Skills and Experience
- Familiar with the maker culture and open hardware
- Minimum 2 years of product management or relevant product marketing experience
- Bachelor degree or above and preferred major in electrical engineering and microelectronics
- Strong sense of teamwork, good communication skill both internal and external
- Good project management skill and problem solving skill
- Must be able to function independently, be a strong team leader and decision maker with an ability to influence design
- Curious; attention to creativity product
- Attention to details
- Excellent hands-on skill
- Good sense of aesthetic
- Fluency in English is essential. If you can speak Chinese as well, it would be preferred.
Senior Product Manager
Role Objective
Lead the product manager team to create excellent products, to meet the needs of marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- According to the marketing strategy, formulate the product strategy.
- Set up and supervise the operation target of each product line
- Trace the whole new products development schedule
- Responsible for team management and work flow design
- Maintain effective knowledge & best practice sharing within the product manager team
- Providing necessary support to product manager in the process of cross function team collaboration.
- Work closely with marketing and sales team; provide necessary support to drive sales performance.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Familiar with the maker culture and open hardware
- Minimum 5 years of product management or marketing experience
- Understand key end user segments, develop strategy / guideline
- Over 2 years experience in team management with proven record
- Strong client facing experience.1-2 years’ field sales experience preferred
- Working experience in embedded hardware and relevant industry preferred
- Bachelor degree or above and preferred major in electrical engineering and mechanics
- Maintain abundant product and technology knowledge
- Good project management skill and problem solving skill
- Must be able to function independently, be a strong team leader and decision maker with an ability to influence design
- Strong sense of teamwork, good communicate skill both internal and external
- Curious; attention to creativity product
- Excellent hands-on skill
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both in written and oral.
- Working experience in multi-national company preferred.
Product Marketing Manager
Role Objective
Responsible for product demonstration and promotion,to increase the product exposure.
Responsibilities
- Collect marketing information and customer demands
- Make and execute the product promotion plan
- Find and manage beta users
- Release the key products in communities and technical blogs
- Organize the community activities to promote products
- Create and manage product profile introduction
- Develop and deliver product marketing materials including product and corporate brochure, sales decks, client newsletters, marketing survey questionnaires, etc.

- Familiar with the maker culture and open hardware
- Minimum 3 years of product marketing experience
- Strong client facing experience.1-2 years’ field sales experience preferred.
- Bachelor degree or above and preferred major in marketing and business
- Must be able to function independently

Key Account Sales
Role Objective
To exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling products to key accounts of the assigned geographical or vertical market. You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics
Responsibilities
- Key accounts development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns,exhibitions and market sector knowledge/intelligence
- Organize and manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as product managers, product marketing managers
- Enhance and maintain the business relationship with the key accounts
- Working with internal project manager team to ensure delivery
- Collect and report the marketing information/customer demands
- Forecast the monthly sales
Desired Skills and Experience
- Familiar with the maker culture and open hardware
- Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience
- 3C Key/education sales experience preferred
- Bachelor degree or above
- Technology background preferred
- Must be able to function independently
- Strong sense of teamwork, good communication skill both internal and external
- Networking

- Excellent business negotiation ability
- Fluency in English is essential. If you can speak Chinese as well, it will be preferred.
