New Product Post

This new product post will be short and sweet.

As mentioned in the previous NPP, we’ll have Raspberry Pi in stock pretty soon. And here it comes. Raspberry Pi – Model B comes standard with an ARM11 processor with 700MHz clock speed, 512MB of RAM, an HDMI port, 2 USB ports and an Ethernet port.  It can also support standard peripherals which is a bonus when you want the added convenience of a monitor and keyboard.  Debian, a Linux based OS distribution, is recommended for the board.  If you are new or just not that in to Debian, go to the downloads page at raspberrypi.org for other software options.

And another piece of good news is that Cubietruck Kit – Dual Core Single-board Computer is back in stock. Go grab one while they still last.

The open source flexibility and WiFi capability of Dragino are two of the many characteristics that draw makers to this mother board.  We are not offering the  Dragino MS14-P, a second generation of Dragrove release with an AR83331, an IEEE 802.11n 2.4 GHz SoC for AP and router platforms.  It also includes 64 MB of RAM, two 10M/100M RJ45 interfaces, a USB host port, and 802.11 b/g/n WiFi.  It runs OpenWrt, a Linux-based router firmware for embedded devices.   It is easily configured to work in different WiFi modes to meet the needs of different applications.  It is an enhancement to your Arduino board and is the perfect tool when incorporating the Internet of Things into your project.
