Upgrade – Feedback system
As you know, we have got a comment section in the product pages for a long time. But it comes along with a problem. It seems to be an inefficient way to collecting feedbacks. We sadly to admit that there’re so many empty comment sections among those product pages. And what’s worse is that it looks not good either even though it’s getting heat. The whole section would turn to be a mess when people try to do communication within it.
All sorts of thing happen through the comment section would lead to information cluster. It turns out people can’t get what they want. Yes, we owe you an efficient channel to talk about products, to ask and answer a question, and to share thoughts in the open mind. But it’s no longer happen again!
We now separate the old comment section into two parts.
You can leave a product review, upload pictures, and even link to a video here. Tell the truth about the products and share your thought with the community.
