Hello everyone, it comes to Monday again. First, I would like to report the status of toy hacking contest. Up to date, the selection process was done and those customized toy’s kits were already on their way to the players. We expect those applications can come out next month and then introduce the finalized toy kit to you soon. Next, we’ve got some new stuff this week. Let’s check it out.
RF Explorer is a portable digital spectrum analyzer at a very reasonable price and can work in all ISM popular frequency bands. It’s based on a highly integrated frequency synthesizer which offers high performance, small size, low consumption and low cost. Also, it’s capable of outdoor using benefit from the well-designed case, and can be connected to a PC for extra function by using a standard mini-USB 2.0 connector.
EasyVR is a multi-purpose speech recognition module. It’s the second-generation version of the VRbot module, upgrading the previous one by adding new features and functions. The EasyVR module can be used with any host with a UART interface powered at 3.3V – 5V, such as PIC and Arduino boards. It’s ideal for applications such as home automation (voice controller light switches, locks, beds) or adding hearing to most popular robots on the market.
We’ve got a larger Solar Panel this week. 2w Solar Panel 80×180 is the same as the solar panels we’re currently carrying, but bigger! It’s compatible to many of our development boards and has a higher efficiency.
