New Product Post
Sorry for the delayed new product post this week. We have spent the whole Monday in Sun Yat-Sen University, Guangzhou, China to experiencing the Wiser Camp 2011. It’s an inspired workshop that basically aims at helping students and researchers to explore together how to design and make the best use of scientific discovery games to serve for the new age of creativity by integrating brilliant ideas and advanced technologies together. We’re happy to meet some cool people there.
All right, let’s back to this week’s new products. First, we got a USB and serial enabled LCD backpack. It’s for simple HD44780 character LCD screens. You could find some nice features in it, including USB and serial controlling, supported in common software (LCD Smartie), couple extra pins for buttons, and obviously open source.
We also have a RFEM 2.4G module. It’s an expansion module for RF explorer. It can be plugged in your RF explorer unit to extend the coverage to 2.4 GHz frequency band. It gets attached internally to the RF explorer main board and exhibits a second antenna connector to cover the new band.
RFEMWSUB 1G module is another expansion module for RF explorer. It can be plugged in the RF explorer unit to extend the coverage to 240-960 MHz frequency band. Also, it gets attached internally to the RF explorer main board and exhibits a second antenna connector to cover the new band.
