Post office is mad about Christmas season, so do we
Another happy Christmas is coming, do you have any plan of preparing a GIFT for someone? Mostly the answer is YES. Then there’s the problem: people has already started to buying GIFT from vendors from China, and the post office is over loaded now even in October. That means your orders from Seeed Studio will not get on the plane as quick as before. You will have to wait 3 – 5 more days to see your tracking info available on Hongkongpost.com. On the airport side, your parcel might held there for another 2 days due to the lack of cargo space. All above reasons will cause about 7 days delay on delivery of your orders.
We are very sorry for the delay but all we can do is process and ship your order ASAP. Our suggestion is: If you want a rush order, please do not use Air Mail. Express shipping will be more reliable. If you are planning on ordering for Christmas, please order as early as you can because the situation might be worse during November!
