DSO nano Hardware redesign competition
Our friend Traugott, who bought a DSO nano few months ago, suggested us to start a DSO nano Hardware redesign competition. We realized that it is a very good idea, as many people may have their own thoughts on this little stuff, so why not gather these ideas and put them into DSO nano?
The competition rule is still in making, in our thoughts, participators need to have the ability to finish the redesign, not just throwing out the idea, this won’t be very easy but we think it’s very necessary . For the winners, maybe we can make a special DSO nano for him/her, with their name on it.

Unfortunately, I don’t have time to actually help in designing something, so I am posting my idea here.
A really cool and probably easily doable addition for me would be a touch screen. Man, would I love that.
The second idea would be to either have a prototyping layer under the other boards (maybe an optional one, with a standoff like plastic frame to “thicken” the case) or at least an expansion port with some common comm busses and GPIO’s for extension.
Oh yeah, and the real lithium charging circuit.
I would pay 150 for that. And never use it as a DSO 🙂
