Is your place ‘Remote area’ ?
We didn’t know DHL has something called “remote area” , actually 2 orders was charge for 22usd each for that reason.
Nobody wants to pay for the extra money so be sure your place is not included by the list before choosing DHL service.

In chile that makes DHL is a usury, if or whether to pay $ 30 for one package deal, so I prefer FEDEX
Actually one customer was angry when we tell him about this.
These “remote areas” are places, which are not directly on the same continental place of the country.
For example in Germany the islands like Langeoog or Sylt are remote areas.
DHL can’t reach them easily with their cars, so they have to use extra services to transport these items to the islands.
In general, a customer who orders from you should know that he lives in such an area as they always have to pay these charges even when they buy something nationwide.
